What is the rebate process?

- Take advantage of our PhoneValet Message Center 30 day no-questions-asked return policy to determine that PhoneValet meets your needs.
- Once you have decided to keep PhoneValet, complete our rebate form send it along with your obsoleted product to the address on the form.
- Upon receipt of your old hardware, we will refund $30 USD to the credit card account used to purchase PhoneValet Message Center. No waiting the typical 8 to 10 weeks for third party rebate processing.
